A few of my favourite things

What more can you ask for! I have my planner, my coffee, my cup from my favourite tea set and of course stickers that remind me of one of my favourite holidays in Greece.

I love everything about the monthly stickers from May, the watercolour landscape, fresh lemons and sprigs, washi and appointment labels that remind me of the ceramic tiles and pottery around the island. Its been 10 years since we’ve been to Greece but seeing the artwork has taken me right back and brought back the memories we made there, they have made it feels like we were just there yesterday. We took a 4×4 trip where we visited a little village in the mountains where they handmade pottery and textiles, I will have to look out some photos to share of the amazing items they were selling. I have a fascination with bringing back cups from from my travels and have the cutest little tea cup and saucer, which quite often used to end up as a prop in my photos.

I picked out the monthly sheet to use on my pages, the yellow adds a nice contrast of colour and I love how bright it is with the vinyl stickers. I can just imagine walking through an old home with these pretty designs as floor tiles.

What a perfect kit to create my monthly spread, I placed the washi strips along the bottom and the matching header strips along the top of my pages before add the days of week with a pop of yellow, finishing off with the dates of the month.

I love the notes section at the side, it gives me plenty space to jot down anything important for the month. I really like the effect I get when layering my stickers, using the washi strips and appointment labels to add decorative elements, whilst leaving me plenty space to write in my plans.

My layout has a Mediterranean feeling to it, isn’t the artwork just gorgeous and I am so happy with how my pages have turned out. I still have plenty stickers left for decorating my weekly pages too.
