The La Patisserie kit is perfect for me in June, not only is it my birthday month it is also my eldest sons too. Two special birthdays, 21st and 40th. so as I say the perfect kit to help plan and document these important days.

For the first project with the kit I have created a dashboard for my planner along with the monthly planner page.

I love the rainbow stripe paper, reminds me of the refresher sweets and I wanted to use this down the edges of both pages.

Using the hearts paper as a background I have attached the stripe down the left and layered my photo matte along with another couple of diecuts. I wanted to add in the purple gingham fabric in too, so I have torn the page on the right hand side and ruffled the fabric below.

I went around the edges with my micron the same way as on the monthly page, and around my diecuts to help them stand out. I punched the holes and drawn around them also to like reinforcers
